The young generation has been involved for quite some time and for improving physical education at all school levels. We are pleased therefore all the more that will now begin a pilot project for sport and physical activity in primary schools in South Tyrol. On 5 February will be presented in this course, the results of the school sport survey.
The Ministry of Education, the National Olympic Committee (CONI) and the Council of Ministers Bureau have jointly developed a pilot project the introduction of expert instruction for exercise and sport started in primary schools.
This pilot project will begin at the state level on 15 February 2010 and ends on 31 May 2010 concerns and selected provinces and primary schools in all regions. For the school years 2010/2011 to 2012/2013 a comprehensive system of education experts is planned. The project is to provide support, particularly in the practical and methodical implementation of the objectives and content of the framework directives on exercise and sport. This will be achieved through the monitoring of teachers in primary school teaching by an expert or an expert. The aim is sustainable development of quality in teaching and a professional of teachers should be encouraged.
