The 12th May the World Day of care. Even if we are not now concerned, we should take this day to the boys event and make us even think about how the situation will develop in the future. We will actually be required in the coming years, as worldwide the number of chronically sick rises sharply for years, especially because people are living longer. Health systems are facing major challenges. It is therefore important to have a say now, so later on the course made are correct and we can meet these challenges left.
Ever-higher standards of care require not only an expansion of care from hospital to the district, and the serving support, but also a higher qualification and independence of the nursing profession. Our politicians have in recent years have already done everything possible in order to attain these goals. Recently, the state government has decided the training needs for social services. Among other things, to be trained by 2013 another 370 nursing assistants and 1800 household and family support.
The World Day care also provides an opportunity for all people who have a nursing profession, important for their thanks to work, what we want to do that here. An idea is also drawing on the many people who care unpaid at home more. Especially for women to combine work, raising children and caring for a sick relative care is often a difficult task for which it also needs support and should at least be recognized.
