first Board Report:

The system of free donation has proven successful, the turnover is roughly the same as with fixed prices.

If there is an action for Heurigen sets, another 10 seats to be purchased. Then the parents' association has 20 sets, which should be enough for the summer festival. If additional sets should be required, we can borrow it back at the company Schaffer.

The exact number and type of beverage is not yet defined, but is not that important, since only the actual consumption is charged. Remaining quantities may be returned.

For desserts, there is again an appeal.

In Ströck company must return a request concerning a donation made, this should be timely, so that we can get the bread and again.

The letter regarding the donation of desserts, spreads and sausages should be in the 2 May - will be sent weekly, so the parents their commitments to the 3rd May - week can make. The donations should be made to 18.6.10 in the morning.

A tent for the summer festival is not for reasons of liability concerns.

There will be no flea market of children because the children are very disappointed if they are not able to sell their things.

+ clock, there is again a meeting of the parents of the future first classes. It should present themselves to the parents association. Who does the idea still needs to be discussed. These parents should receive a special invitation to the summer festival (excluding the section on donation or help).

+ for the open director's post there are 4 candidates, an appointment for an assessment center is still not fixed. Probably the decision will fall in June and the new director take over from September the school.

+ The new radiator is probably installed in the summer. The old ones have been serviced and were not vented properly - they now work a bit better.

+ in the class 2C flakes the color! Since the room has to dry out properly for the work will be done this summer.

+ The MA 56 has now also new shades with boxes in the computer science areas in the 3rd Stock approved. The windows overlook the courtyard and this is problematic when the sun: you see the projector and not hide the sun on the screens.

Lengheimer woman asks for a grant in the amount of EUR 53.20, children can practice in the basement -. There are now new clubs and balls.

This motion was carried unanimously.

5th Any other
