Community Service Thank You

Lajen mourning has a new committee

there have recently been in Lajen another committee of the Young Generation (JG) in the SVP at the community level. Chairman is Matthew Innes. All four council candidates JG Lajen have made it to the council. Three of them are even in the municipal committee.

The minutes and agenda were adopted unanimously

first Board Report:

+ woman bear welcomed those present and opened the meeting. They also thanked so many people have come despite the bad weather.

+ The children are at play hard again to get some ice cream as a reward. Mr. Schaffer brings us two additional ice boxes, benches, beverage plant and a barrel of beer. Mrs. Bear will put back their coffee machine. Cakes will be donated by the parents. Mrs. Baer is sausage (Käsekrainer) get in from Pfeifer (discount). Putenbratwürstel Zeman, Mrs Mayor. Collection of objects by 19 clock.

+ Mr. Bear can bring the summer festival a gas grill so that it can be quickly grilled. The gas cylinder would donate the head of Mr. Baer.

+ The stations at the summer festival will be supervised as follows:

cake / coffee: Laytham wife, Mrs. Ploiner (from 14 clock)

+ Mr. Ludwig is the reserved pastry from the company Ströck pick. (Has been for about 450 people will be)

+ There will be a guessing game with Gummibärlis. 5 kg Bärli be purchased. It maintains a list of names, cost 1, - EUR. Announcement of the game by Mrs. Bush and the selected children, raffle: 16:45 clock.

second Treasurer Report:

+ woman Scheibl Meiser / Bank ceases to speak for us, she always dates. There is no sponsorship and no more gifts. Since commissions paid account at any bank who-the need and we really have no benefits, you may well switch back to a nearer bank.

+ Balance: 3,365.63 EUR
EUR 265, - have been sent by MA17 for the Sikh temple project, still not settled, however. It lacks also a calculation of project costs - which are approximately EUR 265, - make up. Therefore, there is no refund of the difference in the MA17.

third Mr. Pohoralek report:

+ The summer festival is as before, and planned to take place; dressing from 14:00 clock, from 15:00 clock, there are program. The children will perform in German and English through the program. There is also the awards ceremony of the athletics competition, ECDL diplomas and CAT-be last. As in the previous year, there will be a games section.

+ Non forget that in the large refrigerator in the kitchen are still many drinks! The Leh-rer run at the summer festival back a champagne corner and it will be a separate smoking area.

+ In Class 1B (3 days project week, EUR 90, - / child), children receive a grant from the MA56, For 4 children, a subsidy of EUR 120, - asked the parents association.
This motion was passed unanimously.

+ England Supports: Mrs. Bush may not have to say whether subsidies are needed because, unfortunately, not all paid. Mrs. Bush would like to again if necessary support from the parent club - the money is paid back reliably. If someone yet never have paid, not even EUR 10, - / year sees Mrs. Bush would not accept that these people should get an advance - some help would be needed.
This motion was passed unanimously.

+ Mr. M., an active member of the Parents Association, also receives the requested grant.

5th Any other

+ Mrs. Bush reported that the classes currently pay nothing for the class account, but this will change in future. Currently incurred costs are always hand back the booked. This process is tedious and will expire this year, probably.

+ Mr. Slavik has not found a Beamer - costs about 1000, - EUR. Laytham woman will ask for a projector.

+ For the trip to England for about 25 T-shirts are available, 50 would have to be bought. Should they be worried? Lt. Mrs. Bush would buy the children prefer to spot a T-shirt as I love London.

Next meeting:

The next Parents' Association committee meeting on Tuesday, 12.10.2010 held at 18:00 clock, then the school forum will take place at about 19:00 clock, and then at about 19:30 clock the Elternver-one meeting.
