first Activity Report
The EV Board reported on the activities the Parents' Association since the last Annual General Meeting 5.10.2009.
There is good cooperation with the school management!
The last school party has failed unfortunately due to bad weather, once again this year, a summer celebration to be scheduled.
Note that the first Classes as in previous years, the purchasing cards get the EV, which you can buy cheaper in shops and wholesalers! The list is the company is available on the homepage.
parents who have decided to take over the defense of their class should spend so much time at least, to attend the meetings. Only as an active work of the Elternver-one available!
Laytham woman thanked all parents for their support, without whose help would be quite impossible.
Laytham woman explained to the representatives of the 1st Classes, the work of the Parents Association, for example, even in case of emergency parents support can be provided.
Our new wife Edith Hülber director is welcomed.
second Treasurer report
The financial report for the 2009/10 school year will be refunded.
Treasury balance: 3387.84 EUR
The Treasurer reported on the expenditure in the 2009/10 school year (eg, supports, England savings accounts, buying a new refrigerator, purchase of wine taverns sets f. festivals, school homepage, school logo) and points out the importance of EV-membership fee.
Heuer would be the purchase of a projector urgently needed: Hülber woman director, Mr Pohoralek and Mr. Slavik will set targets for this together.
In 2012, it will give the large 100-year celebration. One would think in time, whether for this purpose tents (because of possible bad weather) should be purchased. If so, is there much of what is observed ... (permits)
third Auditors Report
- The Auditor Mr. and Mrs. Mayer Mladenovic as deputy for Mr Batke have records of cash Parents' Association reviewed .. The audit found no cause for complaint-Law.
- Mladenovic Mr. and Mrs. Mayer are therefore the application for approval of the Kas-senberichtes and discharge to the Treasurer by the General Assembly.
- the financial report was unanimously approved with no abstention and no
granted unanimously with one abstention the Board of the discharge.
4th Election of new board nomination:

of each individual item was held a separate election and all the proposals were unanimously adopted at any abstention. That is, the new board is composed of above mentioned members.
The offices are taken in accordance with a unanimous decision for a term of one Association year. The statutes will be amended accordingly.
5th Decision subscription
On application the Board shall be the membership fee to € 15,00 a year and a majority with no abstention, the Consent granted. (Note that siblings have to pay only half the contribution)
the application was adopted by a majority, one member voted for an increase to € 17.00
The question was raised whether the contribution would be to levy cash or by money order. It was decided unanimously that the fee must be paid cash.
Such letters are sent in the week of 43rd
5th Applications
It the application is made, the liability insurance of EUR 15, - for members of the Parents Association at various events this year to complete again. The motion was unanimously
adopted.

The motion was passed unanimously.
comes in November, a delegation of the Ministry to school computer science teacher and this week come from various computer science schools. Headmistress Hülber would like to know if they include the cost of entertainment in such cases with the El-ents Groups may charge. It was agreed unanimously that the headmistress of a school year Hülber EUR 200, - may not set off without asking for these purposes. The costs will be designed by Mrs Hülber director at the next Parent Association meeting, or the next meeting with the Treasurer charged with the parent club.

Mrs. Bush placed the applicant to supplement the shelves in the library. In the li-brary is urgently needed more space and the shelves without seeing boards, not very nice. headmistress Hülber reported that they know from other schools that teachers eventu-ell earnest money for small purchases will be made available. 6th Any other business:
Lord Briza would like a schedule on paper, but this is in any case are planned, and almost all such classes. Unfortunately, Mr. Slavik is currently not there.
o Mrs. Bush is probably for the next trip to England (2011) a request to bring in sup-port.
Heuer was an advance of 1000, - € required on short notice, because, unfortunately, have paid 2 children until after the deadline, or in the summer holidays and Mrs. Bush, the trip already had to pay in advance. Headmistress Hülber fers-in so that it will put a letter to all parents that provides information on the parent club and its activities (eg procurement of learning materials).
o Hülber headmistress reported that there were some complaints about the current tografen Schulfo and therefore, bids will be taken by other photographers. The school photographer but is organized through the school.
